Medical Audit Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, size, and manage the productive capacity of the growing medical audit operation.

• Recruit and select new professionals, including physicians and nurse auditors, to expand the team across various states.

• Structure and lead the national audit team, ensuring alignment with Arvo's technical and cultural objectives.

• Supervise the daily audit operations, guaranteeing the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of all deliverables.

• Develop and manage success metrics (KPIs) for both the team and the operation.

• Actively engage in strategic review meetings and client presentations, including travel when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent).

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing health audit teams.

• Proven track record in managing audit operations across multiple states, particularly in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

• Capability to recruit, hire, and engage healthcare professionals across various states.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to other states for client visits and alignments.
