This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in comprehensive audit assignments — encompassing planning, testing, reporting, and delivering findings.

• Evaluate business processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiency, controls, and risk management.

• Collaborate with various teams throughout the organization to grasp operations, challenges, and emerging risks.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at implementing agentic AI and robotic process automation to enhance efficiencies within Audit & Internal Controls workstreams.

• Facilitate data-driven audit methodologies utilizing contemporary tools and techniques.

• Acquire a holistic view of the organization, establishing a robust foundation for your future rotations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

• Proven leadership and/or teamwork experience.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.

• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary.

• Must successfully pass required background checks.

• Preferred: Professional designation (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFA).

• Experience with a Big Four firm.

• Familiarity with SOX, COSO 2013, and COBIT frameworks.

• Experience with large-scale ERP and HCM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Business Central, Workday).

• Knowledge of agentic AI tools, digital assistants, or AI-enabled workflow optimization.

• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., Power Automate).
