Senior Atlassian AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in implementing agile and collaborative working methodologies.

• Guide clients in selecting the appropriate Atlassian products for their collaborative and operational needs.

• Assess and define business requirements, processes, and concepts.

• Develop solution designs.

• Construct collaborative intranets using Confluence, including digital workplace environments.

• Set up Jira workflows to streamline and automate business processes.

• Oversee project management.

• Coordinate with the internal development team to enhance Atlassian tools through apps and macros.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of practical experience with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.

• A minimum of 5 years of project experience collaborating with clients.

• A strong curiosity and passion for understanding and enhancing processes and systems.

• A focus on service and customer satisfaction.

• High standards of quality, commitment, and an ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills and a love for collaboration.

• Certifications in Atlassian, ITIL, SAFe, and Agile methodologies are an advantage.
