Senior Associate – Technology and Innovation, OneStream

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project team members to create effective OneStream solutions.

• Provide client-specific monthly Administrative and Managed Service support, including daily Helpdesk assistance, Application Performance Monitoring, month-end close and Consolidation Tasks, Enhanced/New Report development, as well as Client Training and Documentation.

• Contribute to the development of all facets of the core OneStream platform, including consolidation and FP&A.

• Skillfully configure and customize client OneStream environments to create proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and stakeholders.

• Partner directly with project leadership to develop and document business requirements, translating them into specific OneStream functionality and design.

• Apply best practices while crafting custom solutions tailored to specific client needs.

• Conduct internal testing to validate custom-designed solutions and perform user acceptance testing on client OneStream environments.

• Offer general customer service and support to clients.

• Assist in training end-users on specific processes and applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS).

• Over 3 years of experience in the implementation or optimization of OneStream and/or other CPM solutions.

• Experience in multiple full-cycle CPM Implementations.

• Strong understanding of consolidated core financial statements, including PL, BS, CF, and EBITDA.

• Good knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes and procedures, such as financial close, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and account reconciliation.

• Solid understanding of the delivery methodology and active participation in the implementation of the solution according to the design and architecture.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to develop, nurture, and maintain client relationships.

• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Capable of thriving in dynamic and ever-changing environments.

• Skilled in crafting and delivering verbal, written, and oral communications, making recommendations to various audiences, including client leadership and internal teams.
