This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Comprehensive Analytical Ownership: Take charge of analytical workstreams with minimal oversight on global client projects.
• Execute situational analyses, pinpoint and prioritize trends, and facilitate stakeholder workshops and detailed interviews.
• Evaluate and interpret financial and primary data, distilling insights into actionable recommendations and presenting findings directly to client teams.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint and Excel deliverables while overseeing stakeholder communications and outlining the next steps for ongoing engagements.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Assume full responsibility for quality control across your workstream outputs, adhering to Skift Advisory’s stringent 'zero defect' standard.
• Exhibit resilience during project challenges by proactively escalating risks—always bringing proposed solutions to the table rather than merely presenting issues.
• Mentorship & Thought Leadership: Assist and provide informal mentorship to Associate-level colleagues by promoting and exemplifying Skift Advisory's values, culture, and operational methods.
• Produce internal knowledge resources, playbooks, and case studies.
• Identify a primary specialty area (e.g., Destinations & Tourism Boards, Hospitality & Lodging, Aviation & Mobility, or Travel Tech) to start establishing visible, external expertise.
• Consulting Expertise: You possess a friendly, engaging demeanor and are highly confident in your experience, skills, and capabilities as an effective consultant.
• Analytical Rigor: The capacity to effectively communicate intricate ideas, especially those involving both quantitative and qualitative research alongside quantitative analytical models.
• Proactive Leadership: A self-motivated mindset with the ability to lead, inspire others, and collaborate efficiently with both individuals and teams.
• Client-Facing Confidence: The ability to cultivate strong working relationships with clients and develop your own external professional presence.
• Industry Passion: You are a lifelong learner with a profound, genuine enthusiasm for the global travel business.
• Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution; advanced degrees (MBA, MA, MSc) in relevant fields are considered advantageous.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a client-facing role at a top management consultancy (Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, Oliver Wyman, or similar).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional global business language (Arabic, French, Spanish) is considered a plus.
