Senior Associate – Salesforce Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily management of the Salesforce organization, which includes setting up and deactivating users, managing profiles, roles, permission sets, and public groups.

• Oversee data quality through processes such as duplicate checks, data validation, cleanup actions, mass data uploads, and migrations.

• Offer end-user assistance and resolve platform-related issues.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and administrative tasks.

• Participate in reviewing and finalizing opportunities as part of the QC Approval Team while ensuring accuracy in OpenAir.

• Help manage modifications to closed-won opportunities and escalate any concerns to the manager.

• Remind approvers of any pending requests in the approval workflow.

• Supervise the Pipeline Inbox, categorize incoming requests, and alert the manager to any issues.

• Address queries regarding project codes and stages within Salesforce.

• Add and deactivate users in Salesforce and handle requests for new user access.

• Update the Riveron Account for employees leaving the organization.

• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve user-related Salesforce issues and escalate them as necessary.

• Assist in Salesforce training, lead user training sessions, and promote the adoption of features and best practices.

• Ensure the RevOps Intranet (Omnia) site is kept current.

• Meet Salesforce reporting requests and create and maintain reports and dashboards.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience working with Salesforce.

• Proficient understanding of Salesforce, including reporting/dashboards, user management, and standard setup.

• Outstanding attention to detail and precision in data handling and documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in explaining concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Capable of working swiftly and effectively while juggling multiple priorities.

• Strong organizational skills and adept at problem-solving.

• Willingness to work from 4 PM IST to 1 AM IST, including night shifts.
