Senior Associate, Payment Investigation – Payments Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Handling investigation query messages, including fund returns, application issues, amendments, BCNR, fund recalls, OFAC, and FATF.

• Ensuring timely responses to all queries in accordance with SLA, prioritizing sensitive messages, and maintaining close collaboration with other banks, the operations team, the business line, and the customer service desk to ensure case resolution.

• Evaluating recurring queries and collaborating with the Associate Manager to propose process enhancements aimed at minimizing repetitive inquiries.

• Overseeing investigations based on the agreed-upon metrics with the business.
