Senior Associate, Network Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the organization's expert on our provider network.

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and management of practice and provider data.

• Oversee the complete roster processes from start to finish.

• Develop in-depth knowledge across our markets and payer relationships.

• Collaborate closely with Payer Account Management, Network Development, Practice Operations, and Market Presidents to maintain precise provider data.

• Apply analytical rigor and operational precision to payer submissions and contract accuracy evaluations.

• Assist in the development of CRM and process enhancements.

• Aid in constructing the systems and workflows that will facilitate Diverge's ongoing growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data and analytics, or healthcare operations; a combination of analytical rigor and operational execution is highly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.

• Advanced Excel capabilities — you should be adept at managing large, intricate datasets with accuracy and consistency.

• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM; experience in contributing to system builds or testing is a significant advantage.

• Strong analytical skills — you can analyze data trends, pinpoint gaps, and convert findings into clear, actionable summaries.

• Outstanding attention to detail; you identify errors before they affect others and maintain a high standard of accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to handle multiple workstreams and proactively engage stakeholders at all levels regarding complex data.
