Senior Associate, Network Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Analyst, Network Analytics, you will be at the forefront of our network operations, overseeing comprehensive roster processes and developing in-depth knowledge of our markets and payer relationships.

• You will work closely with Payer Account Management, Network Development, Practice Operations, and Market Presidents to ensure our provider data is accurate, complete, and actionable.

• You will apply analytical rigor and operational precision to various tasks, including payer submissions, contract accuracy assessments, CRM development, and process enhancements.

• You will aid in the creation of systems and workflows that will facilitate Diverge's ongoing growth.

• Collaborating with Practice Operations and Practice Liaisons, you will collect roster updates, assist in onboarding new practices, and ensure data accuracy across platforms while providing adaptable operational support as our team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• You should have 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or healthcare operations; a background that combines analytical rigor with operational execution is highly preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.

• Proficient Excel skills are essential as you will be managing large, intricate datasets with accuracy and consistency.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM is necessary; experience in contributing to system builds or testing is a significant advantage.

• Strong analytical skills are required; you should be able to interpret data trends, identify gaps, and convert findings into clear, actionable summaries.

• A keen attention to detail is crucial; you should catch errors before they impact others and maintain a high standard of accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, are important, as you will manage multiple workstreams and proactively engage stakeholders at all levels around complex data.
