Senior Associate, Investment Operations Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and ongoing management of the firm’s investment data operating model.

• Guarantee the provision of high-quality, timely, and trustworthy data throughout investment processes.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary executor for data operations workflows.

• Help ensure the platform accommodates IBOR production, investment processes, risk analytics, compliance, and reporting requirements.

• Implement and supervise daily data operations activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3-6+ years of experience in investment operations, data management, IBOR operations, or asset management settings.

• Operational knowledge of IBOR and ABOR principles.

• Investment pricing expertise.

• Comprehensive understanding of Security Master data.

• Experience in addressing data needs across investment teams, middle office, risk, treasury, or reporting functions.

• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry, Clearwater, Aladdin, Markit EDM, Snowflake, Eagle, NeoXam, SimCorp, or similar).

• Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, data models, and data architecture concepts.

• Practical experience in supporting UAT, data validation, and documentation of business requirements.
