This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leadership on client compliance and gap assessments related to FAR, DFARS, CAS, Uniform Guidance, and other federal regulations.
• Assist in interactions with DCAA and DCMA concerning audits, contract issues, and compliance activities.
• Provide support for contract and grant management throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
• Analyze solicitation clauses, contract conditions, and award requirements to pinpoint client risks and obligations.
• Aid in subcontractor evaluations, modifications to contracts, and closure activities.
• Support contract pricing, estimating efforts, and conduct cost and price analyses.
• Engage in walkthroughs and assist in the development of client policies, procedures, templates, and internal controls.
• Support and lead consulting and audit engagements to enhance risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Deliver training to clients and provide practical tools, checklists, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA designation or candidate status is preferred.
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in compliance, auditing, or advisory services concerning FAR, DFARS, CAS, Uniform Guidance, or other federal regulations.
• Experience ideally gained from professional services/consulting, DCAA, DCMA, or a government contractor.
• Proven experience in conducting gap assessments, mock audits, and readiness evaluations.
• Experience in developing policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Experience in preparing or reviewing incurred cost submissions, indirect rate structures, and forward pricing or provisional billing rates.
• Familiarity with FAR Part 31 cost principles, cost allowability and allocability, and CAS Disclosure Statements.
• Experience supporting pricing, cost and price analysis, REAs, claims, or terminations.
• Knowledge of WAWF and IPP is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as necessary, with travel not expected to exceed 15%.
