Senior Associate, Food Access

📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in advancing Project DASH and Food Access initiatives.

• Ensure the overall well-being of the partner portfolio.

• Oversee funding programs for partners.

• Develop new delivery operations for international partners.

• Represent DoorDash at various external events.

• Create new strategic partnerships and programs focused on food access.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in operations, partner management, program management, consulting, strategy, or a related field.

• A strong passion for expanding food access; comfortable working within the nonprofit sector.

• A structured problem-solver with the ability to utilize SQL for data analysis.

• Experience in developing and managing budgets.

• Capacity to excel in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• Ability to establish trust with partners through effective communication.
