Senior Associate, Finance & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in creating value through Finance & Operations initiatives across the portfolio.

• Collaborate with CFOs and management teams to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing growth, profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

• Create financial analyses, business cases, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights.

• Facilitate the implementation of operational enhancement and transformation projects.

• Aid in strategic initiatives and special projects throughout portfolio companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a similar discipline.

• 4-8 years of pertinent experience in consulting, finance, transaction services, strategic finance, business operations, performance enhancement, private equity value creation, or related areas.

• Proficient in financial analysis, problem-solving, and project management.

• Capable of synthesizing data, formulating actionable recommendations, and ensuring execution.

• Openness to travel to portfolio companies (up to 25-50% of the time).
