This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and administrative assistance to the Executive Director of Climate Power En Accion to enhance fundraising efforts, which includes supporting scheduling, managing the development calendar, and conducting research on donors.

• Adapt team proposals and campaign documents to produce materials tailored for donors.

• Maintain the fundraising database by tracking interactions with donors, ensuring pledge fulfillment, and monitoring upcoming renewal timelines.

• Serve as the main internal project manager for En Accion events, overseeing all phases from inception to execution, and coordinating with external consultants to meet contract timelines, budget constraints, and venue specifications.

• Supervise day-of execution, manage run-of-show logistics, and handle post-event follow-up, addressing real-time challenges to guarantee a seamless experience for attendees.

• Assist En Accion with incoming campaign requests from the broader Climate Power organization, establishing efficient internal intake systems to triage requests, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and ensure timely follow-up, keeping rapid-response efforts efficient and preventing bottlenecks.

• Collaborate closely with the Climate Power Operations team to optimize processes, manage administrative workflows, and ensure operational consistency.

• Provide support for communications during urgent response moments as necessary.

• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on needs and capacity.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, event coordination, or executive/operational support in a fast-paced campaign or nonprofit setting.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects moving at various speeds, addressing complex logistical challenges in an innovative, effective, and timely manner across different teams.

• A positive team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships with internal departments, executive leadership, and external partners.

• Ability to convey complex operational or logistical details in simple terms; excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and organization.

• Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
