This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Consolidate and reconcile data from various sources into a unified, authoritative perspective.
• Work closely with the CEO and client-facing teams to convert analytical insights into strategic recommendations.
• Create and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards that provide consistent, clear intelligence to executives and clients across all engagements.
• Ensure quality control over all data outputs.
• Enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of client-facing deliverables, including presentations, data summaries, and campaign status reports.
• Leverage the firm’s AI-driven reporting infrastructure to improve data ingestion, normalization, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify new automation opportunities and advocate for their development through intelligent tooling.
• Uphold data governance standards, naming conventions, and workflow documentation.
• Employ predictive analysis to highlight trends and provide data-driven insights that enable the firm to act proactively before issues arise.
• A minimum of 5 years of analytical experience in financial services, with substantial expertise in mutual funds or related investment products.
• Advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis tools (Excel/Power Query is required; Python, SQL, or R is strongly preferred).
• Proven capability to synthesize multi-source data into polished, executive-ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools and their applications in data workflows, reporting automation, or process enhancement.
• Exceptional attention to detail; you identify errors that others overlook and maintain high-quality standards in your work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable translating data into narratives for senior executives and clients.
