This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.
• Ensure that client tasks are executed and delivered punctually while aligning with both Parexel Consulting and client quality standards.
• Accomplish designated consulting tasks within the project's scope and objectives, guided by the project lead or manager.
• Recognize project and internal challenges, escalate them to senior team members and project leadership, and suggest potential solutions.
• Spot opportunities for additional business or necessary adjustments in project scope.
• Adhere to and apply Parexel Consulting’s consulting frameworks and methodologies.
• Provide consulting services within the employee's area of expertise under the guidance of the Project Lead and Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Assist in the creation and/or delivery of presentations with support from senior colleagues.
• Operate effectively in a collaborative team setting or autonomously within the employee's area of competence.
• Produce high-quality deliverables that meet the expectations of the project lead/manager and the client.
• Prioritize tasks to achieve designated project outcomes while ensuring alignment with both project and line managers.
• Utilize information from project leadership and senior colleagues to fulfill assigned tasks.
• Develop a network of industry peers through project interactions and other relevant industry experiences.
• Ideally possess 2–3 years of pertinent clinical experience in a consulting environment or an industry-related setting conducting qualitative interview studies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using software for the analysis of qualitative interview data, such as Atlas.TI.
• Preferred experience with best practices in Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) development and validation.
• Exhibit proficiency in the English language and exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline.
• An ideal candidate would have a postgraduate degree in a Clinical Outcomes Assessment within a Scientific or Technical Discipline.
