Senior Associate, Client Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client service lead for managing relationships.

• Oversee interactions and workflows between clients and internal partners to guarantee a seamless and productive client experience.

• Develop and sustain client relationships in collaboration with relationship managers.

• Manage a portfolio of relationships by executing and facilitating requests to fulfill client needs.

• Provide account statements, balance inquiries, bank verification letters, chargeback copies, check images, federal reference numbers, and tax forms.

• Input overdraft decisions and offer basic assistance with online banking.

• Examine specialized reporting and assist with the grouping of relationships.

• Coordinate account analysis maintenance, account openings, and onboarding for new clients.

• Manage drawdowns/repetitive wires, fee reversals, fraud reporting/cases, interest adjustments, and limit increases.

• Oversee money movement, rate variance requests, creation/maintenance of escrow subaccounts, and handling of unposted check/ACH payments.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial industry is required.

• Familiarity with legislation related to the financial sector is essential.

• Understanding of business practices, bank products and services, bank policies, and procedures is required.

• Excellent interpersonal, team-oriented, and service-oriented skills are necessary.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Outstanding multitasking, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills are essential.

• Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s degrees are preferred.

• Candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
