• Facilitates crucial daily administrative and key processes that align with departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversees 14 certification programs and 4 micro-credentials.
• Provides operational support for certifications, including event planning for volunteer committee meetings and departmental retreats.
• Manages forms processing, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for staff and volunteers.
• Monitors department inboxes and reviews non-clinical content for revisions on various products.
• Conducts research within the industry.
• Offers backup support for audits, special events, and various projects.
• Ensures the effective implementation and evaluation of key processes.
• Coordinates specific inter- and intra-departmental processes.
• Addresses questions and resolves issues related to these processes.
• Aids in documenting and updating procedures.
• Collaborates with team members to support the coordination of departmental projects.
• Assists with departmental processes and systems, identifies opportunities for improvement, and aids in the implementation of solutions.
• Maintains effective communication with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Compiles and summarizes data to fulfill team reporting requirements.
• Participates in the orientation and cross-training of team members.
• At least 7 years of experience with responsibilities closely aligned with the requirements of this position.
• Experience in projects that necessitate interaction with multiple team members.
• Previous experience in customer interaction is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated computer expertise in desktop applications for word processing, database management, spreadsheets, or any other necessary software for the role.
• Familiarity with the Internet, including subject research and investigation.
• Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Proven capability to prioritize multiple simultaneous responsibilities.
• Self-motivated and inquisitive.
• Capable of expanding on assigned responsibilities independently.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships within the department and the association.
• Demonstrated ability to gather information, organize priorities, and assist with process enhancements.
