Senior Associate, Centralized Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage accounts for Mashreqbank UAE, Injaz Services FZ LLC, Mashreq Securities LLC, Mashreq Capital LLC, Mashreqbank Bahrain, Mashreqbank Qatar, and Mashreqbank Kuwait

• Process payments for staff and vendors

• Conduct monthly reconciliations and prepare financial reports

• Record additions to fixed assets

• Generate daily and monthly vouchers for MCL and MSL

• Execute flexposting tasks

• Log subsidiary expenses based on their nature using Fusion Oracle, Fusion AP, and GL

• Prepare monthly payments for telecommunications lines, including both scheduled and unscheduled bills

• Relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in financial software, including Fusion Oracle

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
