Senior Assistant – Quantitative Analytics, Treasury Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in evaluating and enhancing their treasury operating frameworks, governance, policies, controls, and performance metrics.

• Guide clients through comprehensive treasury transformation processes, encompassing current-state diagnostics (including processes, risks, controls, organization, and technology) and future state enhancements.

• Examine cash and liquidity positions, funding structures, and banking arrangements; identify opportunities to streamline processes and mitigate costs/risks.

• Support foreign exchange and interest rate risk evaluations, review hedging strategies, and develop frameworks for risk management.

• Create and execute hedge accounting solutions, including documentation for designation, connections to risk management, and considerations for controls.

• Conduct independent derivative valuations and quantitative analyses to aid audit and assurance engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in corporate treasury, finance/accounting advisory, risk management, banking, or treasury technology/projects (assistant/senior level based on experience).

• Candidates who are fresh graduates or possess at least 1 year of experience outside of treasury, with a demonstrated interest in corporate treasury and/or hedge accounting, will also be considered.

• A solid comprehension of financial instruments utilized in treasury (such as FX forwards, swaps, options, debt instruments) and their accounting ramifications.

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience in data analysis and/or treasury tools is considered a plus.
