Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain real-time AI-driven APIs and services utilizing Python.

• Architect, enhance, and deploy LLM workflows using LangGraph or comparable orchestration frameworks.

• Create agentic logic and reasoning frameworks for conversational and task-oriented automation.

• Construct scalable infrastructure that supports multi-model, low-latency, and streaming AI experiences.

• Collaborate with backend and product teams to transform intricate customer workflows into dependable AI systems.

• Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and data security across production workloads.

• Deploy and oversee applications in contemporary cloud environments (AWS / GCP).

• Implement monitoring, logging, and fault-tolerance measures for production-grade AI systems.

• Contribute to architectural and product decisions, balancing innovation, safety, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in backend or ML engineering, focusing on building AI/LLM-based systems in production.

• Extensive experience with Python (async, multiprocessing, decorators, type hints, debugging).

• Proven practical experience with LLMs, including streaming inference, prompt management, or multi-agent systems.

• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks.

• Strong comprehension of MLOps, microservices, and distributed architectures.

• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, message queues, and scalable data design.

• Experience in deploying applications to AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms.

• Ownership mentality - adept at navigating across the stack and resolving challenges quickly.
