Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will be instrumental in shaping the AI/ML strategy for the Operations sector, working collaboratively to help the team fulfill its role as the steward of the company's Revenue Strategy.

• Your responsibilities will include developing robust and scalable solutions that empower Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operations to become increasingly data-driven, thereby enhancing efficiency and impacting business outcomes.

• Construct training pipelines for Machine Learning and Deep Learning models (including supervised, unsupervised, and language models - LLMs) to address high-impact challenges.

• Establish and maintain comprehensive MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, versioning, model drift, and data drift monitoring) to automate the complete model lifecycle.

• Integrate AI models with front-end, back-end, and operational systems, ensuring they are highly available, low-latency, and scalable.

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to guarantee the provision of high-quality features and an optimized infrastructure for training and inference.

• Oversee model performance in production, ensuring optimal performance and initiating retraining when necessary, while also proposing innovative architectural solutions in MLOps and AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.

• Significant experience in Machine Learning Engineering, particularly in operationalizing (deploying) models in production.

• Demonstrated experience with the complete lifecycle (MLOps) of at least one Deep Learning model or LLM.

• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Cloud Functions/Cloud Run, and Compute Engine.

• Expertise in MLOps (CI/CD, model and feature versioning).

• Familiarity with model serving and containerization.
