Senior Art Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the art direction for brand and BB projects from initial concept through to execution and final delivery.

• Establishing the visual identity of a brand via image-driven storytelling, including photography, film, illustration, CGI, and motion graphics.

• Creating clear principles for image-making.

• Defining and directing on-site photoshoots, film productions, and CGI workflows from the treatment stage to final output.

• Managing quality control throughout retouching, editing, color grading, and the delivery of final assets.

• Identifying and collaborating with skilled partners such as 3D artists, illustrators, photographers, filmmakers, and sound designers to elevate the overall quality of the work.

• Keeping abreast of cultural movements, visual trends, AI-driven production techniques, and new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative agency, production company, or in-house brand team.

• A strong portfolio that showcases the ability to craft engaging ideas with exceptional quality and taste, ideally within the tech and digital domain.

• A solid grasp of screen-based brand expressions and storytelling through design and imagery.

• A commitment to excellence in both creative and technical skills, with an in-depth understanding of the creative process encompassing pre-production, on-set, and post-production phases.

• Capability to work independently and take initiative within a multi-disciplinary team.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Experience in motion graphics, generative tools, and/or 3D design is advantageous.
