This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership and steer the overall creative vision across various channels to guarantee consistency and quality.
• Supervise and mentor a team of designers, render artists, and creative professionals, promoting collaboration and career development.
• Propel the creation of packaging, digital content, and marketing materials across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and performance objectives.
• Ensure that creative outputs adhere to production feasibility standards while maintaining a keen attention to detail in execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to support business goals and deliver impactful creative projects.
• Spearhead performance-focused creative campaigns for platforms like TikTok and Meta, which include creative testing and iteration.
• Sustain and enhance design systems, visual identity, and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Provide direct support and contribute to creative execution as required.
• Develop and refine internal creative processes to optimize efficiency and lessen dependency on external agencies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading creative strategy for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Background as a senior creative leader (Creative Director or a similar role) overseeing multi-channel brand creative direction.
• Direct management experience leading creative teams, including designers, render artists, and other creatives.
• Practical experience with packaging creative production, including print specifications, file formats, and production feasibility.
• Strategic oversight and hands-on experience with performance-driven paid social creative for TikTok and Meta, including creative testing and iteration.
• Experience collaborating across functions with marketing, product, and growth stakeholders on creative initiatives.
• Fluent in business-level English.
• Ability to operate as an independent contractor within your country of residence.
• Availability to work in alignment with U.S. business hours.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in creating brand and marketing creative for skincare or dermatology/skin-health positioned products.
• Experience in establishing and enhancing internal creative processes to minimize reliance on external agencies.
