Art Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Assist in brainstorming campaign concepts and aid in the creation of social-first creative ideas for ongoing content, campaigns, and activations.

• Convert concepts into compelling visual directions, key visuals, layouts, and content assets tailored for digital platforms.

• Partner with copywriters, social strategists, and cross-functional teams to craft cohesive creative solutions.

• Design and modify visual assets for social media, digital platforms, CRM, and sometimes offline channels.

• Keep abreast of social trends, internet culture, and platform behaviors to fuel innovative creative work.

• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines while facilitating the evolution of brand expression.

• Assist in the execution of campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to interpret briefs and enhance creative outputs based on feedback.

• Oversee multiple tasks and deadlines while upholding attention to detail and quality of craft.

• Aid in internal reviews and quality assurance to guarantee that all deliverables meet creative standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in an Art Director, Designer, or Social Creative capacity.

• A robust portfolio showcasing integrated campaign thinking, social-first creativity, and high-quality visual execution.

• In-depth knowledge of social platforms, digital culture, and audience behavior.

• Ability to transition seamlessly between strategic thinking, creative ideation, and hands-on execution.

• Strong visual storytelling capabilities with the skill to bring ideas to life across various formats and touchpoints.

• Comfortable working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and navigating feedback from stakeholders.

• Experience in agency, social, integrated marketing, or in-house creative environments is highly preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong presentation abilities.
