This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and secure new B2B clients within the industry, logistics, and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Enhance and strategically grow relationships with existing key accounts.
• Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and project teams to convert customer needs into effective solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process: from discovery and needs assessment to product demonstrations and workshops, business case/ROI justification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
• Hold responsibility for operational revenue and formulate strategies to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, events, and webinars while expanding your professional network.
• Over 5 years of sales experience demonstrated by a successful track record in selling consultative or complex software or security solutions (either SaaS or on-premise).
• Ideally possess a robust network within one or more of the following sectors: industry, logistics, and critical infrastructure.
• Proficient in managing intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including IT/security, business units, and procurement.
• A self-assured individual with strong communication skills, a proactive and independent working approach, high-quality standards, and a professional demeanor with customers.
• Effective communication skills at the management and C-level.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
