Senior Cybersecurity Requirements Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Define and oversee security requirements – Identify, articulate, and manage security criteria for various projects and systems.

• Ensure adherence and mitigate risks – Guarantee that all projects comply with established security standards, minimizing potential security vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with development teams – Work alongside development teams at headquarters to establish and enhance security requirements.

• Utilize requirements management tools – Employ tools such as Polarion for organized requirements management.

• Continuous oversight and enhancement – Consistently update, monitor, and verify the fulfillment of security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of requirements management processes, cybersecurity best practices, and alignment with stakeholders.

• Acquainted with risk analysis techniques and security assessment frameworks.

• Proven experience with requirements management tools such as Polarion.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in English (German proficiency is an advantage).
