Senior Applications Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional field support to regional channel partners, consultants, and prospective users.

• Collaborate closely with the Area Manager to empower channel partners through training, lectures, and certifications.

• Work in tandem with the Regional Sales team to showcase products and design systems effectively.

• Track and report pertinent information from the field.

• Participate in regional, national, and internal meetings as required.

• Offer training and certification programs for regional partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in the AV industry.

• Proficient in audio, video, control, and networking technologies.

• Familiarity with LUA scripting and/or control system programming and integration.

• Competent in using Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and AV industry-related software.

• Experience in configuring and programming DSPs.

• Background in audio, video, and control systems.

• Knowledge of sound coverage prediction software such as EASE and EASE Focus.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
