Cloud Application Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide application and operational support for cloud-based infrastructure within Azure and AWS.

• Establish the environment, deploy, and manage .NET C# applications in cloud settings.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications or infrastructure.

• Work collaboratively with end users to fulfill application support requirements and offer technical guidance.

• Implement ITIL Service Management principles across Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and assist in improving service delivery.

• Engage in disaster recovery planning and advocate for best practices in cloud security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in IT support services and project/program management.

• Technical proficiency with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and their associated services.

• Experience with InRule Business Intelligence tools: SSRS and SSIS.

• Familiarity with Appian (preferred).

• Knowledge of .NET C# (preferred).
