Senior Application Support Engineer, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Ensure the ongoing availability and dependability of mission-critical applications.

• Diagnose intricate issues within distributed systems.

• Provide support and troubleshoot Azure environments.

• Enhance observability through Azure Monitor and associated tools.

• Protect integrations by debugging REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Investigate data-related issues utilizing SQL.

• Decrease incident frequency by automating various tasks.

• Identify stability risks and optimize system performance.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and assist with onboarding processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting production SaaS or cloud applications.

• Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English languages.

• Strong comprehension of cloud architectures.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage).

• Understanding of APIs (REST/GraphQL), HTTP fundamentals, and authentication flows.

• Capability to read and debug backend code (Node.js, Java, Python, .NET).

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.

• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
