This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact between clients and various departments to address application-related issues.
• Conduct application regression testing by utilizing established test scripts and methodologies.
• Offer technical support and remote troubleshooting within a global 24/7 support framework, which includes after-hours on-call responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with our product and R&D teams to identify gaps, bugs, and potential product enhancements.
• Work in partnership with other technical teams to execute application patches and upgrades.
• Lead the resolution efforts for support cases assigned to specific customers.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; equivalent professional experience will also be taken into account.
• Over 6 years of proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting mission-critical commercial software applications.
• Proficiency in Grafana—capable of designing dashboards for uptime, performance, and operational insights.
• Strong grasp of highly complex technical implementations, including relational databases, networking, server configuration, single sign-on, and system administration.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills: a history of addressing challenging issues and swiftly reaching optimal solutions.
