Senior Application Engineer, Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical partner for R1 Solutioning within the designated region and for specific customers.

• Ensure the quality of R1 Solutioning initiatives and RAE responsibilities.

• Facilitate coordination with interfacing teams, including Global Sales, Commercial, Sales, and Engineering.

• Provide leadership and direction for R1S projects.

• Offer proposal support as required.

• Emphasize proactive RAE engagement and pursue innovative approaches to drive change.

• Mentor team members, including individuals in the Leadership Program.

• Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and conduct data analysis based on RAE throughput.

• Maintain a disciplined approach to Daily Management of activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of 12 years of engineering experience within the Gas Power Plant sector.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing engineering roles.

• In-depth knowledge of trends and competition in the power generation industry.

• Willingness and ability to travel (10-20%).
