Senior Analytics Specialist

📋 Description

• Facilitate intricate project discovery sessions, performing in-depth ROI evaluations and prioritizing stakeholder needs.

• Create advanced solution designs and technical specifications to address diverse business requirements.

• Supervise UAT processes for complex solutions, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance.

• Develop and implement launch strategies for impactful solutions, encompassing comprehensive training and change management.

• Provide proactive insights and engage in scenario development and modeling to aid strategic decision-making.

• Utilize expert-level knowledge of AzaraAI and analytics tools to deliver innovative solutions for multifaceted business needs.

• Integrate client insights, market data, and research to enhance analytics and support cross-selling of JLL solutions.

• Guide and mentor Analytics Specialists while contributing to the development of team capabilities.

• Collaborate with offshore technical delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data strategy, or analytics roles.

• Advanced expertise in SQL, data warehousing technologies, and statistical analysis.

• Proficient in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and familiar with the Azara platform.

• Proven ability to perform scenario modeling and advanced analytics.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience in complex, multinational settings.

• Familiarity with agile project management principles and UAT methodologies.

• Documented success in generating client value through analytics insights.

• Experience in change management and strategies for solution adoption.

• Preferred knowledge of data and analytics applications within the commercial real estate sector.
