Senior Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead intricate analytics projects that generate strategic insights and enhance organizational performance.

• Facilitate project discovery meetings with comprehensive ROI evaluations and prioritize stakeholder needs for complex analytics projects.

• Create advanced solution designs and technical specifications that convert diverse business requirements into actionable data solutions.

• Design and implement launch strategies that encompass training, change management, and thorough oversight of user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Produce actionable insights through scenario modeling and advanced analytics to aid in strategic decision-making.

• Utilize expert knowledge of AzaraAI and analytics platforms to provide innovative solutions to intricate business challenges.

• Integrate client insights, market data, and research to enhance analytics and facilitate cross-selling of JLL solutions.

• Guide Analytics Specialists and contribute to the development of team capabilities.

• Collaborate with offshore technical delivery teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data strategy, or analytics roles.

• Advanced skills in SQL and data warehousing technologies (experience with Azure Databricks is preferred).

• Proven expertise in statistical analysis and scenario modeling.

• Expert proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar applications.

• Competency in Python/PySpark for data analysis and transformation tasks.

• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics solutions (preferably within the Azure ecosystem).

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven history of delivering client value through insights derived from analytics.
