Senior Analytics Engineer – Product Insights, Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Designing, constructing, and maintaining scalable data models that drive internal reporting and experimentation insights within PIE.

• Converting raw event and product data into clean, validated datasets that are ready for analysis.

• Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to establish and standardize product metrics.

• Implementing data validation and quality assurance checks to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

• Enhancing documentation and metric clarity to foster transparency and trust in reporting.

• Contributing to the advancement of analytics engineering workflows, modeling patterns, and tools within PIE.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in writing advanced SQL and utilizing modern data transformation tools (e.g., dbt or similar).

• Strong grasp of data modeling principles and best practices in analytics engineering.

• Experience handling large datasets in cloud data warehouse environments.

• Capability to translate product inquiries into structured, scalable data solutions.
