This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the flow of data from Inato's platform to those who rely on it, including our product squads, customer success and marketing teams, sponsors, and sites.

• Facilitate trusted self-service at scale.

• Accelerate the demonstration of the value of our new product offerings.

• Integrate data products directly into the user experience.

• Collaborate with product squads (PMs, engineers, designers), maintaining regular communication with customer success, marketing, and sponsor/site operations.

• Manage metric definitions and construct the semantic layer that drives our AI-powered self-service in Hex.

• Convert ambiguous operational challenges into functional data assets within days, transitioning from real-data prototypes to production-ready pipelines.

• Oversee the tables utilized by the product itself and the user-facing dashboards relied upon daily by sponsors, sites, and internal teams.

• Automate aspects of data work that do not require human intervention, enabling the team to scale alongside the growth of Inato and its new offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or in a hybrid data engineer/analyst role with a strong emphasis on analytics engineering.

• Proficient in dbt and data warehouse modeling (we utilize BigQuery).

• Proven history of managing data products from inception to completion: definition → launch → measurable adoption.

• A genuine product-focused mindset — you prioritize the user's problem over SQL queries.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with non-data stakeholders.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity — you can transform a vague operational issue into a functional data asset without a fully-specified ticket.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Hex AI) and a tendency to leverage them to deliver faster.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in developing production-grade company dashboards.

• Nice-to-have: Exposure to the healthcare sector, clinical trials, or other regulated industries.

🏝️ Benefits

• Remote-first philosophy and flexible working hours.

• Exceptional office located in Grands Boulevards, Paris, for those who value in-person collaboration.

• Access to top-tier equipment.

• Compensatory time (RTT).

• Comprehensive health insurance (Benefiz, fully covered by Inato).

• Meal vouchers (Swile).

• Contributions towards healthy activities (Wellpass, formerly Gymlib).

• Complimentary books and learning materials.
