• Facilitate trusted self-service at scale.
• Accelerate the demonstration of the value of our new product offerings.
• Integrate data products directly into the user experience.
• Collaborate with product squads (PMs, engineers, designers), maintaining regular communication with customer success, marketing, and sponsor/site operations.
• Manage metric definitions and construct the semantic layer that drives our AI-powered self-service in Hex.
• Convert ambiguous operational challenges into functional data assets within days, transitioning from real-data prototypes to production-ready pipelines.
• Oversee the tables utilized by the product itself and the user-facing dashboards relied upon daily by sponsors, sites, and internal teams.
• Automate aspects of data work that do not require human intervention, enabling the team to scale alongside the growth of Inato and its new offerings.
• 4+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or in a hybrid data engineer/analyst role with a strong emphasis on analytics engineering.
• Proficient in dbt and data warehouse modeling (we utilize BigQuery).

• Compensatory time (RTT).
• Comprehensive health insurance (Benefiz, fully covered by Inato).
• Meal vouchers (Swile).
• Contributions towards healthy activities (Wellpass, formerly Gymlib).
• Complimentary books and learning materials.
