Senior Analytics Engineer – LATAM Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and execute scalable analytical data models utilizing best practices in dimensional modeling.

• Create and oversee fact tables, dimension tables, star schemas, and reporting datasets.

• Develop and administer DBT transformations, models, and analytics workflows.

• Construct scalable ELT pipelines using Databricks, SQL, Python, and cloud-based technologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business and reporting requirements into dependable data solutions.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance throughout analytics environments.

• Support contemporary analytics initiatives using Microsoft Fabric, SQL endpoints, and relevant tools.

• Contribute to AI-enabled analytics projects, integrations, or enhancements of modern data platforms.

• Assist with Oracle-based data integrations and associated analytics workflows.

• Provide support for legacy Microsoft data stack environments as needed, including SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.

• Aid in modernization efforts related to legacy reporting and BI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with DBT and analytics engineering workflows.

• Profound expertise in dimensional data modeling, including facts and dimensions, star schema design, Kimball methodology, and analytical warehouse modeling.

• Advanced SQL capabilities for data transformation and analytics engineering.

• Practical experience with Databricks, including SQL, Python, and PySpark.

• Experience in building scalable ELT/data pipelines within cloud-based environments.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, particularly SQL endpoints and analytics workloads.

• Experience utilizing Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

• Knowledge of Power BI or enterprise reporting environments.

• Working familiarity with Oracle databases and associated data services.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
