Senior Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the success of our communities as an essential member of the Technology Team.

• Utilize AI-driven tools, MCP-enabled integrations, and prompt-based development in daily operations.

• Ensure data quality and preparation by maintaining clean and well-organized data for analysis.

• Design and uphold data structures to address business inquiries.

• Efficiently produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

• Build and sustain integrated data views from various sources.

• Ensure consistent definitions and documentation across the data team.

• Advocate for and utilize AI-powered tools within the workflow.

• Provide training to analysts and stakeholders on data tools.

• Drive analytics projects while managing milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the data field as an analyst, engineer, scientist, or in a similar role.

• At least 4 years of experience designing, implementing, operating, and extending commercial Kimball enterprise dimensional models.

• Over 4 years of experience working with a large-scale Data Warehouse in a cloud environment.

• More than 2 years of experience in building reports and dashboards using a data visualization tool.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, code assistants, or AI-driven automation) as part of a professional data or analytics workflow.

• More than 1 year of experience working with MCP-based or equivalent connector/integration configurations within BI platforms.

• At least 1 year of experience using prompt-based development techniques to create or enhance production-quality SQL, data models, or reports.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in creating project plans to outline tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

• Proven experience leading over 4 analytics projects from initial concept to operationalization.

• Demonstrated ability in designing and promoting Entity Relationship Diagrams and reference SQL scripts to enhance data knowledge and adoption.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
