Senior Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will take full responsibility for the dbt project from start to finish.

• You will manage the semantic layer.

• You will oversee data observability.

• You will control the orchestration layer.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in clinical, operations, and finance to define metrics and ensure data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience managing the transformation layer of a modern data architecture.

• Experience with production dbt.

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake governance.

• Proficient in Python, with the ability to read, write, and debug code comfortably.

• Experience with AWS is preferred, or the ability to learn quickly, particularly in a HIPAA-compliant setting.

• Familiarity with how data facilitates value-based care operations in Medicaid populations is advantageous.

• Utilizes AI in everyday tasks and is keen on its meaningful impacts on the system, beyond mere productivity.
