
Senior Analytics Developer – Data Build and Visualization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of both local and enterprise-level data models aimed at analytics solutions.
• Construct and maintain ETL pipelines that integrate multiple data sources and application ecosystems.
• Enhance data models and optimize query performance for improved efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Create and track data quality dashboards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, metrics, applications, and workspace objects utilizing Power BI.
• Develop advanced analytics products such as forecasting models, prescriptive analytics, and sentiment analysis solutions.
• Establish and maintain data catalogs and monitoring frameworks for analytics assets.
• Design and implement secure data access models, including dynamic Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Create protocols for efficient user access management and BI governance.
• Collaborate on data-sharing policies, standards, and integration strategies.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable analytics solutions.
• Apply UI/UX best practices and analytics design principles during product development.
• Conduct demos, user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and provide post-deployment hypercare support.
• Engage in Agile delivery practices and contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in analytics, with a strong emphasis on data engineering and data visualization.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• At least 3 years of experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Proficient in SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M Language).
• Solid expertise in designing and optimizing ETL pipelines and data models.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project delivery tools.
• Strong understanding of data quality management and analytics governance.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics components is a plus.
• Knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data lake architectures is advantageous.
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or open-source GIS platforms is a benefit.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate (preferred).
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (preferred).
