This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Perform thorough evaluations of significant workforce practices and trends, providing actionable strategies for improvement.
• Facilitate detailed discussions with key stakeholders to refine workforce strategies.
• Create advanced workforce models to predict future business requirements and challenges.
• Produce and present engaging, data-driven presentations for senior management and external partners.
• Manage the alignment of workforce capacity with operational demands through effective mapping.
• Mentor and train junior analysts, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• 5-7 years of experience in workforce planning, cost allocation, capacity planning, or related fields.
• Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with a history of driving cross-functional projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex data insights.
• Experience in forecasting, financial modeling, data analysis, and/or budgeting.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple projects and issues effectively.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, cross-departmental, and virtual teams at a senior level.
• Capability to apply logical and critical thinking to various intellectual and practical challenges.
• Strong analytical skills, adept at utilizing data to inform decision-making.
• Skilled in connecting to diverse data sources, transforming data, and creating visualizations to identify trends and insights using Power BI and/or Tableau.
