This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the development of service strategy and innovation initiatives within the Operations and Supply Chain organization.
• Recognize unmet needs of customers and partners, assessing new service opportunities.
• Develop concepts that enhance customer experience while minimizing service costs and fostering business growth.
• Direct end-to-end innovation workstreams, converting initial insights into prioritized opportunities, pilot concepts, and execution plans.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define problems, formulate hypotheses, assess trade-offs, and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, customer experience, service design, product operations, or a related area.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution.
• Extensive experience in structuring analyses, assessing trade-offs, and producing practical, data-driven recommendations with a clear impact on business.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to create clear, executive-ready presentations and narratives.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including modeling, scenario analysis, advanced formulas, and handling large datasets.
• Proficient in SQL for complex querying, data extraction, and validation tasks.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights.
• Experience with Python or similar programming languages for data analysis, automation, or exploratory investigations.
• A solid understanding of end-to-end customer journey analytics, innovation metrics, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience employing innovation and design methodologies.
• Ability to integrate qualitative insights and quantitative data into clear, actionable recommendations.
