This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee publicly accessible financial releases and announcements from major semiconductor manufacturers and capital equipment firms.
• Keep the SME Company Analysis and Equipment Analysis spreadsheets up-to-date.
• Compare financial data with SME model results to verify and adjust models related to capacity, capital expenditure, depreciation, costs, and margin data.
• Support the President and Director of SME in the upkeep and enhancement of the SME models.
• Track significant announcements and financial disclosures from key semiconductor manufacturers.
• At least ten years of experience as an analyst in a financial or market research firm focused on the semiconductor and semiconductor capital equipment sectors.
• A well-established network with connections across the semiconductor and equipment industries.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Must be a proactive individual capable of managing complex projects to completion with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or economics.
• Chartered Financial Analyst certification is advantageous.
