This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +2 more states.
• Deliver email, case, and phone support for routine inquiries and escalated matters.
• Oversee auditing activities, pinpoint gaps, trends, and risks, and implement corrective actions to enhance data accuracy and system integrity.
• Direct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation of system modifications.
• Evaluate business requirements and recognize potential impacts or risks.
• Work in partnership with hotel and corporate teams to address discrepancies and foster proactive improvements.
• Conduct regular quality assessments of systems to boost performance, compliance, and user experience.
• Spearhead the development of process documentation, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Offer guidance to Analysts and facilitate knowledge sharing throughout the team.
• Act as the escalation contact for complex system, process, and support issues, delivering advanced troubleshooting and driving resolutions.
• Coordinate the creation and upkeep of knowledge articles and resolutions.
• Lead governance initiatives and support the implementation of Hilton standards, policies, and best practices across sales solutions.
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in the Hospitality/Travel sector.
• At least two (2) years of experience with Delphi.fdc and MeetingBroker.
• Prior experience in support, systems, or project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% if applicable.
• Advanced skills in Excel, particularly with VLOOKUP and pivot tables (preferred).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
