
Senior Analyst, Provider Standardization – Strategic Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee and assist in projects focused on provider standardization, enhancing provider experience, improving operational efficiency, and initiatives aimed at data quality.
• Manage the lifecycle of initiatives from initial intake through to implementation, which includes gathering requirements, planning, executing, identifying risks, aligning stakeholders, and sustaining activities.
• Monitor the progress of initiatives and relay updates, risks, challenges, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Aid in the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
• Assess existing workflows and operational processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, manual tasks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in process mapping, conducting root cause analysis, and developing future-state workflows where applicable.
• Suggest enhancements that lead to improved accuracy, shortened turnaround times, elevated quality, and support for scalable operations.
• Analyze operational trends, stakeholder feedback, and business requirements to uncover improvement opportunities and support recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal business teams, operational areas, and leadership to establish objectives, requirements, risks, and expected outcomes for initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions, ensure follow-ups, and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout project execution.
• Support change management activities related to new processes, implementations, or operational modifications.
• Serve as a liaison between operational teams, business partners, and supporting functions such as reporting, technology, or implementation teams as necessary.
• Assist in monitoring operational performance using existing dashboards, metrics, and reporting processes.
• Help identify reporting deficiencies, business needs, and opportunities for enhanced visibility into operational performance.
• Contribute to the development of presentations, status updates, and executive-level summaries.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting or leading projects, operational initiatives, or cross-functional work efforts.
• Proven capability to organize ambiguous tasks, resolve problems, and convert business needs into actionable plans.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and coordinating efforts among stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or comparable applications.
• Ability to work autonomously while advancing initiatives with minimal supervision.
