This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert on consumer-directed healthcare products (such as HSA, HRA, FSA), offering guidance to both internal teams and external partners.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for Partner Relations, assisting with complex service inquiries, escalations, and relationship management.
β’ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of core servicing systems and platforms (including WEX, Apex, Bend, Spark, Salesforce, DocuSign) to effectively navigate, investigate, and resolve issues.
β’ Operate as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with policies, processes, and service expectations in both routine and escalated situations.
β’ Provide operational leadership and daily support, assisting team members in navigating complex issues and eliminating obstacles to service delivery.
β’ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is mandatory.
β’ At least 4+ years of customer service experience in a related industry and product suite is required.
β’ A minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting Partners and/or Employers in a service-oriented environment; experience with HSA or comparable products is highly desirable.
