Senior Analyst, Network Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Serves as the main point of contact for designated providers or groups

• Develops, manages, and nurtures positive relationships

• Addresses or assists with intricate issues concerning policies and procedures

• Enhances interactions with assigned providers and internal stakeholders

• Tracks service capabilities and collaborates across departments

• Aids in operational tasks, including database management

• Conducts credentialing support tasks as necessary

• Instructs providers to ensure adherence to contract policies and guidelines

• Oversees the creation of agendas and leads external provider meetings

• Performs standard activities related to provider recruitment, contracting, or recontracting

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of familiarity with business segment-specific codes, products, and terminology

• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong interpersonal capabilities

• Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Ability to multitask effectively
