Senior Analyst – Mobility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead mobility specialist at the senior L3 level, responsible for platform engineering, advanced troubleshooting, analytics, governance, automation, and strategic optimization of enterprise mobility services.

• Serves as a technical escalation point while promoting security, efficiency, and service maturity.

• Owns high-severity incidents affecting MDM, carrier services, authentication, shared device workflows, and mobile applications.

• Conducts root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

• Engineers and optimizes the Workspace ONE / Omnissa environment, including compliance frameworks and integrations.

• Coordinates upgrades, certificate renewals, and platform lifecycle activities.

• Enforces encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and patch compliance.

• Analyzes billing, carrier expenses, overages, outdated devices, and fleet health.

• Develops APIs, scripts, and workflow automations across ServiceNow and related systems.

• Proposes roadmaps and mentors junior administrators.

• Manages device enrollment, policy failures, and complex troubleshooting situations.

• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to address complex tier-3 issues involving mobile devices, applications, and wireless connectivity.

• Plans and executes operating system upgrades (iOS, Android, macOS), ensuring application compatibility.

• Documents requirements, meeting notes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process flows.

• Designs and maintains UEM/MDM architecture (Intune, Jamf Pro) for enterprise mobility.

• Oversees the deployment, configuration, application management, and decommissioning of mobile devices.

• Utilizes PowerShell, Python, or Jamf APIs for scripting and automating device provisioning (Autopilot).

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise mobility / UEM.

• Proficient in reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow dashboards.

• Experience in healthcare mobility is highly beneficial.

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.

• Extensive knowledge of tools like JAMF Pro, Intune, and mobile operating systems (iOS / Android).

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Azure Active Directory (Cloud) experience is a plus.
