Senior Analyst, Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee advanced analytics, reporting, and data visualization projects for the Global Sales and Operations teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine reporting requirements.

• Convert vague business inquiries into clear analytical frameworks and data models.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations for optimal reporting and visualization strategies.

• Design, develop, and sustain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Utilize the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem to create scalable analytical solutions.

• Write and optimize intricate SQL queries for large-scale data environments.

• Establish analytics best practices, governance, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles working alongside multifunctional business partners.

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and semantic modeling).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.

• At least 5 years of advanced SQL experience (preferably with Snowflake, OneLake, or other cloud platforms).

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end dashboard/report development and stakeholder management.

• Experience handling large, complex datasets.
