
Senior Analyst – Finance Operations, Cost Controlling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of the monthly cost reconciliation processes and collaborate closely with the AR team to ensure accurate and prompt billing while reducing revenue leakage.
• Conduct monthly Gross vs. Contra reconciliations and support the accuracy and compliance of reporting.
• Investigate and resolve intricate cost discrepancies in coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to assist the AR team in addressing client invoicing queries.
• Support month-end closing processes, including accrual activities, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance, automate, and expand reconciliation and reporting workflows to boost operational efficiency.
• Lead and oversee internal projects while playing a pivotal role in cross-functional initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing overall operational performance.
• Perform comprehensive ad-hoc analyses and scenario evaluations to provide actionable insights, facilitate strategic decision-making, and pinpoint risks and opportunities.
• Continuously deepen your knowledge of the business and remain updated in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Foster strong relationships within Finance, Operations, and other business teams to ensure effective collaboration.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Financial Reporting, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in reconciliations, cost management, and operational finance processes.
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.
• Proven experience in driving process improvements, automation, or systems integrations within finance workflows.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
